Apex Architecture offers a full range of Architectural Services, including: Remote Planning Services, Consultation Services, Architectural Design Services, Interior Design Services, Project Management, EPC Surveys, SAP Calculations, Structural Assessment & Calculations.
By offering a combination of these services, our small Architecture firm can provide comprehensive solutions to clients, regardless of their location. Remote services can expand our reach and to cover a wider geographic area.

WITH YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY

DESIGN & PLANNING

We will discuss the project requirements with you and advise on the best route forward. You'll receive a quotation for the proposed works along with the stages involved. When you're happy to proceed, we will carry out a design study, and produce Planning requirement drawings which are then submitted to the local council on your behalf.

BUILDING REGULATIONS

Once Planning has been approved (or if it is not required), we create detailed drawings in line with UK legislation to ensure your project is designed with every regulation in mind. We then submit a Building Regulations application on your behalf and advise you on the options available moving forward.

SUPPORT ON SITE

Upon Building Regulations approval, we can assist in seeing the works through as they are being undertaken on site. Our architect will make regular visits to monitor ongoing works and provide comments and feedback. We then produce a series of final drawings based on the completed design.
